Pound w/ Tarah
Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Pound uses lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising. It is designed for all fitness levels. This class is free and open to the public. Bring water, mat, and drumsticks (if you have some). A limited number of drumsticks will be available at the class.

Join BPL during Spring Break for an outdoor, socially-distanced afternoon of fun Springtime crafts! Kids of all ages will enjoy creating Rainbow Bubble Snakes, Birdfeeders, Wind Chimes, Painted Rocks and more. Crafting stations will be set up at the @Tower Center at Unity Square, who will also be hosting their first Food Truck Monday of the year!

Zumba is held every Monday (beginning September 14) outside at the Tower Center at Unity Square, which is next door to the Library. This class is free and open to the public. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Please bring your own water bottle. For your safety, be sure to put 6 feet between you and other participants.
