Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Pound uses lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising. It is designed for all fitness levels. This class is free and open to the public. Join BPL during Spring Break for an outdoor, socially-distanced afternoon of fun Springtime crafts! Kids of all ages will enjoy creating Rainbow Bubble Snakes, Birdfeeders, Wind Chimes, Painted Rocks and more.
