Psychology of Diets w/ Josh Wright
Health and Nutrition Coach Josh Wright will present the "Psychology of Diets" in a 5-part series on Facebook Live on the Bartlesville Public Library's Facebook page. At this time, this series will only be held live on the Bartlesville Public Library Facebook page. As soon as the meeting rooms open back up, we look forward to having the community attend in person. This event will be held the third Tuesday of October, November, December, January, and February at 5:30 pm.

Pound is a full-body workout that combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with yoga and Pilates-inspired movements. Pound uses lightly weighted drumsticks engineered specifically for exercising. It is designed for all fitness levels. This class is free and open to the public. Bring water, mat, and drumsticks (if you have some). A limited number of drumsticks will be available at the class.

Morning Stretch & Flow Yoga w/ Bee is held outside at the Tower Center at Unity Square, which is next door to the Library. This class is free and open to the public.
Please bring your own water bottle and mat. For your safety, be sure to put 6 feet between you and other participants.

Zumba is held every Monday (beginning September 14) outside at the Tower Center at Unity Square, which is next door to the Library. This class is free and open to the public. Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. It incorporates interval training to help improve cardiovascular fitness. Please bring your own water bottle. For your safety, be sure to put 6 feet between you and other participants.
