At this time, the cooking classes are only held live on the Bartlesville Public Library Facebook page. As soon as the meeting rooms open back up, we look forward to having the community attend in person.
Nourishing Knowledge by Jen is a healthy cooking series of eight live cooking classes. Jen Cannady is a trained pastry chef.
Jen will be demonstrating how to prepare nourishing healthy meals, touching on trendy food items that you always wanted to know how to make. She will be working with assorted types of flour, including almond, oatmeal, and gluten-free choices. She will also be incorporating couscous, kombucha, Napolitana sauce, and veggie noodles in her presentations.
