The Battle of the Books is an annual book trivia game show competition between teams from area middle schools.
The Summer Reading Program, in June and July each summer, gives teens the opportunity to read and win cool prizes.

The Oklahoma Virtual Library announced today that it reached a record-breaking 1,144,191 million digital book checkouts in 2020!
This accomplishment illustrates the continued growth and importance of lending digital materials through libraries in ebook and audiobook formats, especially in a year with
building closures due to the global pandemic.
The Oklahoma Virtual Library, consisting of over 92 libraries in Oklahoma, is one of 102 public library systems worldwide that surpassed 1 million checkouts!
Oklahoma Virtual member libraries have been providing readers 24/7 access to ebooks and audiobooks for several years through
OverDrive and its award-winning Libby reading app.
Reader interest and usage has grown every year!
