The Library provides a great collection of materials as well as programs and events for teens.
The Battle of the Books is an annual book trivia game show competition between teams from area middle schools.
The Summer Reading Program, in June and July each summer, gives teens the opportunity to read and win cool prizes.

Teens (middle & high school age) who are signed up for the Summer Reading Program will take over our local Virtual Reality gaming place for two hours of fun & snacks. Rock your summer at the BPL! Readers of all ages will explore music, rocks, jewels, and more this summer as the Bartlesville Public Library presents our free summer reading program, “Libraries Rock!” Activities include jewelry making, dancing, gardening, singing, swimming and much more! The 2018 Summer Reading Program, which is funded by the Bartlesville Friends of the Library, is open to young people, preschool through young adult, with programs, prize drawings, storytimes, and special events both at the library and around the community.
