Bartlesville Public Library is taking Digital Library card applications over the phone or through email!

To apply over the phone, please call (918)338-4171.
Also, you may download the application (HERE), complete it and email it to us at bpl@cityofbartlesville.org.

Your application will be processed quickly and you will be provided your new BPL Digital Library card number, also by phone or email. This will allow you to immediately begin enjoying all our virtual services! We will also mail your physical card to you.

Additionally, those who have traditional BPL cards already have access to these services! BPL will continue to post more information about our virtual/online services and how you access them.
