OSU-Washington County Extension/Washington County Master Gardeners will be presenting a weekly series of programs covering a wide array of gardening topics. These hour-long programs will be Tuesdays starting a 6 pm, and will be held in the Library’s Meeting Room A. These programs are free and will be open to the public to attend.

On August 17, Betty Turner will present “Attracting Birds to Your Yard and Bird Identification.” Betty Turner has been a Master Gardener for 17 years and an avid bird watcher for 40 years. She will share what she has learned to attract birds to your garden and how to better identify various birds that may come to your feeder.

If you need assistance adjusting your binoculars to your eyes, bring those with you for assistance in that adjustment.
