As we journey into a culinary experience for healthy living, join us for cooking demonstrations on such topics as “Cooking Healthy Soups”, “Cooking for Heart Health” and “Cooking with Sugar Alcohols for the Holidays”. Chef Sandy McLelland, comes to us as an Advanced Culinary Techniques instructor with a Culinary degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage. She was also the Chef Manager at the US Embassy in Muscat, in the Sultanate of Oman.
