PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY
ON LIBRARY PROPERTY POLICY

 

Permission must be obtained from the Library Director or designee before filming or photographing the Bartlesville Public Library. Such projects may not interfere with normal operations of the Library. The Library Director reserves the right to refuse requests based on the nature of the photography or film project and whether it is consistent with the mission of the Library.

Photographs and film may not be used for commercial purposes without express permission of the Library Director. When photographs or film are used for any purpose; commercial or otherwise, the Library requires credit in print and in any finished product. The Library also requires a copy of the publication or film to be provided free of charge.
