The Bartlesville Public Library is a department of the City of Bartlesville. The Library Board helps the Library Staff set Library Hours, Library Policies, the Technology Plan, and the Long Range Plan.
The Library Trust Authority manages our trust fund, which helps to purchase new, special items for the library's collection.
The BPL Bookmark, our monthly newsletter, is the place to go to find out about programs, events and special services.
Ruth Brown is an important figure in the history of Bartlesville and the Bartlesville Public Library.
